The hotel is conveniently located with spacious and well-kept rooms that offer a quiet stay, although better soundproofing could be implemented. The hotel had very nice and comfortable rooms, situated on the way to an empty mall with opaque windows but close to everything downtown. The service was helpful and kind, even beyond work hours, although some staff need training on customer treatment. The location was perfect for walking to everything, great for many downtown Milwaukee activities, and the valets Mike W and Jeremy N were fantastic.
